1. Customers are advised that under no circumstances are they allowed to take up employment while they hold an education visa with insight.
2. No refund on visa fees paid, unless the visa is declined, in which case insight will refund you in full.
3. It is the responsibility of the customer to update any changes in contact details. Insight english will not be held responsible if we are unable to contact you with important information relating to your visa, which could result in your visa being cancelled or expired.
4. If you need to leave thailand for any reason, it is the responsibility of the student to inform insight of your travel plans at least 2 weeks before you leave.
5. It is the responsibility of the student to attend classes and insight english cannot be held responsible for any claims arising out of failure to do so.
6. The customer is responsible for any fees charged by immigration in relation to this visa.
7. Insight reserves the right to increase the cost of english / thai lessons, if the requirement to attend classes increases.
8. Any circumstances resulting in the temporary closure of insight english, will result in the suspension of lessons.
9. Education visas are valid for one calendar year from your first date of entry, on the visa that you entered thailand with, and not for one year from the date the education visa is issued.
10. Classes and support are provided for the period your visa is valid.
11. In addition to attending an immigration office for the initial application and extensions, students may be required to attend school or immigration at the request of the ministry or education / immigration department.
12. A cancellation letter may be required at the end of your visa. This is issued by hua hin immigration. If you can not attend in person a fee of 1,500 baht will be charged by insght for the letter.
